How it works

We walk with you through eight steps, from your first question to your first weeks at work, and we do the work at every one. Two things are never ours to decide: whether the employer hires you, and whether the country you’re going to grants your work permit and visa.

The steps

  1. Step 1: Screening

Answer seven questions and you see your result straight away. Then one of our consultants talks it through with you: whether a route is realistic for you now, and what would change that. If nothing fits yet, we’ll tell you honestly.

  2. Step 2: Documents

We tell you exactly which documents your route needs and go through them with you, so nothing is missing. You upload them to your own private account, never on WhatsApp or email.

  3. Step 3: A job offer from a verified employer

We check every employer before we put your name forward, and we only advertise a job once we hold the employer’s demand letter and power of attorney. You see the employer, the job, the pay and the contract in writing before you say yes.

The employer decides whether to hire you.

What a demand letter and power of attorney are
  4. Step 4: Work permit and visa

In most countries your employer applies for the work permit first, over there. Then you apply for the visa in person, at the embassy or its visa centre. We help you put together a complete, honest file.

The embassy decides your visa. Nobody, including us, can get you an appointment sooner.

  5. Step 5: Tickets

Once your visa comes through, we arrange your flight with you and your employer, and tell you which papers to keep in your hand luggage.

  6. Step 6: A briefing before you leave

We sit down with you before you fly: your contract, your rights at work, daily life in your new country, and who to call if something goes wrong.

  7. Step 7: Arrival

You sign your contract in a language you understand, register your address and collect your residence card. We’re in touch from the day you land.

  8. Step 8: Your first weeks

We check in on you during your first weeks at work. If something goes wrong, you can always reach us, and the Government of India’s helpline for emigrants is free and open day and night: 1800 11 3090.

What we will never do

  • Promise you a job, a visa, a work permit, a salary or a date. We can’t, and neither can anyone else.
  • Publish a vacancy without the employer’s demand letter and power of attorney on file.
  • Ask you to travel on a tourist, visit or Schengen visa to work.
  • Claim we can get, book or speed up an embassy appointment or decision.
  • Take cash, or ask you to pay into a personal account.
  • Ask for passport copies or documents on WhatsApp, email or chat.
  • Advise you on your current visa abroad. We’ll point you to a licensed adviser where you live.
  • Use sub-agents or pay anyone to refer candidates to us. Indian law doesn’t allow sub-agents.
  • Rush you with countdowns, “last slots” or fake demand. Take the time you need.

Your documents and data

If you become our candidate, you upload your documents to your own private account, never by chat. Only our team sees them, and we share them with an employer or authority only for a job you’ve accepted. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, apart from the recruitment records the Emigration Rules make us keep. Privacy notice

Our AI assistant

The “Ask Kin” chat is an AI assistant, and it tells you so. It answers from the official sources on this site, says when it doesn’t know, and hands you to a person whenever you ask. It never promises outcomes.
