About Kin Beyond

We help people from India get lawful jobs abroad, and we stay with them the whole way: screening, documents, a job with an employer we’ve checked, the visa, tickets, a proper briefing before you fly, and your first weeks in a new country. Today that means Poland, Latvia, Romania, Croatia, Slovakia, Czechia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Hungary, Japan and Russia.

The name

Kin means family: your people, the ones who are yours.

Beyond means two things. Beyond India’s borders, to a job abroad. And beyond the first job, because we don’t disappear once you land.

We chose a name for today and for what comes next. Today we help people go abroad to work. Next, we want to be there for the moments when family matters most, like coming to India for medical treatment. Where we’re going

What we do

    You see your result straight away, and then one of our consultants talks it through with you.

  2. Documents

    We tell you exactly what your route needs and check it with you. Your papers stay in your own private account.

  3. A job offer from a verified employer

    We check every employer first. You see the job, the pay and the contract in writing before you say yes.

  4. Work permit and visa

    We help you put together a complete, honest file. The country you’re going to makes the decision.

  5. Tickets and a briefing

    We sort out your flight with you, and sit down with you before you go: your contract, your rights, daily life.

  6. Arrival and your first weeks

    We stay in touch after you land, and check in on you during your first weeks at work.

How it works, step by step

Where we’re going

We’re starting with one thing and doing it properly. This is the plan after that. Only Phase 1 is under way: everything else is a plan, and we’ll keep calling it one until it’s real.

    • More countries that welcome workers, each one added only after we’ve checked its rules at the source
    • Remote work: people in India, employed by us on a stated salary, working for clients abroad
    • Travel and flights for members and their families
    • Medical travel to India: helping patients from abroad, and the family who come with them, arrange treatment with partner hospitals

    Our own licences abroad

    • Our own recruitment licences in the countries we send people to, starting with the first ones
    • So employers there can work with us directly, under their own country’s rules

Where we are right now: we’re waiting for our recruiting agent registration from the Ministry of External Affairs. Until it’s granted, we talk to employers, set up the office and answer your questions. We don’t recruit, advertise jobs or take any payment from candidates.

How we work

  • We’re one company, and we do the work ourselves. No sub-agents: India’s Emigration Rules don’t allow them.
  • We show you where every rule comes from, and the date we last checked it.
  • We tell you what’s closed or paused, not just what’s open.
  • We add a country only after checking its rules at the source. If there’s a warning, you see it first.
  • We never take cash, and we’ll never ask for your documents on WhatsApp.
  • You won’t find testimonials, success rates or client numbers here yet. Once we’ve placed people, we’ll share their stories, with their permission.
  • Our AI assistant tells you it’s AI, and hands you to a person whenever you ask. More about the assistant
